Under Construction
As I have extremely limited computer access between today and August 24th expect nothing much other than a brief introduction between now and then. Whereas this makes for an extremely dull reading experience in the meantime it does give me the opportunity to continue with my investigations in the meantime...My mission statement in a nutshell: to review every hotel, guest house, B and B I stay in (posting on a sporadic basis) plus restaurants.
In my introductory post proper, I intend to elaborate on this, with an explanation of the rating system. Whereas the guide will (inevitably) be subjective, I sincerely hope it will prove of value to travellers and gourmets alike.
